Merchant Center is a tool that helps you upload your store and product data and make it available for Shopping ads and other Google services.
The Merchant Center is a single online dashboard where online businesses manage their appearance across all e-commerce products and make changes to their online listings as needed.
I will create a merchant account and fill it with your products, after it will be approved from Google. Then create a shopping campaign based on these products. The campaign will show products on google homepage and shopping page (Specific countries), where you want to target.
